What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards, Paypal, Google Checkout (preferred), Cash (contact us for instructions), Money Orders (contact us for instructions)

Do you test on animals?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! I love animals, and my pets are rescue pets from my local Humane Society (http://www.hawaiianhumane.org/) =DDD

Is all your makeup vegan?
Unfortunately they’re not all vegan, but if they are, they’ll be marked with a “vegan” paw print.

Do you offer free samples?
Yes…and No. Yes, we do give out one free sample per order, but Because Toxic Sugar is an indie company, and we do not charge a high mark up for our products we do not have the money or resources to give out free samples without an order.
We do however offer samples of most of our colors for a small charge. The samples are only enough for about 1-2 applications so if you know you’ll love the color, I’d suggest ordering the full-sized item.

Why do some of the loose eyeshadows look less full than others?
All of the eyeshadows are packed based on weight, and not volume, so some of the ingredients may settle during packing, and shipping.

Why did my shopping cart disappear?
This happens on older browsers. Best thing to do is use Mozilla, or Safari’s most current version, and that should fix the problem =)))

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, but only to established online, or physical shops.
