International Shipments are subject to the individual laws and regulations of the receiving country. Any value added tax, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt due to the clearing of Customs when a shipment is leaving the United States nor any delay caused by the Customs process of the receiving country. All items are shipped via USPS.

Fraud

At LEX37 Designs, we take great pride in our quality products. All of our products are sent out intact to the extent of our knowledge, and everything is packed appropriately.

We will not tolerate anyone damaging our merchandise and claiming it arrived as such. Damage from shipping is the responsibility of the carrier and customer. We suggest purchasing insurance for your items for the unlikely event that your item is damaged in the mail.

Repairs

            If your items need repair, contact us immediately via e-mail with your name, email which you used for your purchase, date of purchase, and your invoice number. Please also explain to us what needs to be repaired. This offer only applied within the first 30 days from ship date.
