Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we will gladly give you 30 days/35 days for international (from ship date) to return or exchange your returnable merchandise. We will reimburse return shipping for damaged or defective purchases only*

We are happy to exchange items that are unwashed, unused, and/or unopened for free** Any difference in cost will be either charged to you, or issued back to you in the form of a store credit.

            We will accept returns for any returnable item that is unwashed, unworn, unused, and/or unopened for a 10% processing fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Your refund will be returned to you via PayPal/Google Checkout (minus any fees they charge you), Money Order (minus any fees that are charged to us), or cash (returned to you at your own risk, and minus any shipping costs). You’ll be reimbursed via the same method that you had paid us. *if you choose store credit to use at a later time, no restocking fee will be added, but shipping/fees may be deducted.

All items being returned must still be full, with the original product still in it (in the case of T.S.Cosmetics) with all packaging to qualify for refund/exchange.

All returns/exchanges must be initiated 30 days from ship date, and items must be postmarked within 5 days from the date that the return/exchange is initiated.

All returned cosmetics are destroyed upon return.

            Please e-mail us at LEX37Designs[at]gmail[dot] com with your first and last name, email which you used for your purchase, date of purchase, and your invoice number. When returning your items, we require that you contact us prior to shipping your items back to us, and use USPS mail with delivery confirmation. This will enable you to track your package more easily.

**The person who initiated the return will be responsible for shipping charges, except in cases where the item is defective, or if there is an error on our end.
