Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?
A: After it's been shipped, typically it'll take between 3-10 business days for U.S. orders, 2-6 weeks for international orders.

Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Typically we will get orders out between 1-3 business days. During high volume times, such as the Holiday Season, there may be a longer processing time. If you will need your order expedited, there will be additional fees. *Because Toxic Sugar is an "indie" owned company, there may be instances where the owner is on vacation, and is unable to process orders. If this happens, there will be an announcement on the front page of the website*

International
International Shipments are subject to the individual laws and regulations of the receiving country. Any value added tax, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt due to the clearing of Customs when a shipment is leaving the United States nor any delay caused by the Customs process of the receiving country. All items are shipped via USPS.
